On April 15th 2010, Bajaj Auto International Holdings B.V., Claude Debussylaan 24, 1082 MD Amsterdam, Netherlands, a 100% subsidiary of Bajaj Auto Limited seated in Akurdi, Pune 411035, Maharashtra, India, has acquired an additional 1,185,661 shares of KTM Power Sports AG within the scope of a capital increase.
With previously acquired shares, Bajaj Auto International Holdings B.V. therefore now holds 35.67%, which is more than 35% but less than 40%, of KTM Power Sports AG voting rights.
